About me

I’ve spent over 20 years dedicating my life and career to the wine, restaurant and hospitality industries across Aotearoa New Zealand, in Melbourne and Montreal. In addition to holding a WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits, I also have the WSET Level 3 Sake Certificate and am a Certified WSET Educator. The roles I have undertaken in the industry include Sommelier and Beverage Management roles, Restaurant Management, Sake Sommelier and WSET Wine Educator. Having been involved in several hospitalty businesses during the planning, lead up and opening phases, I’m great with a deadline!

My goal with this business is to share my skills, knowledge and experience with others, in the hopes we can create moments of connection and deliciousness beyond the everyday experience. I believe the best results come from collaboration and communication which is why I talk a lot about working together for a desired outcome.

My wine selections tend to focus on wines made by real people in incredible places with a strong lean towards living wines or “natural” wines made in a sustainable way, supporting the environment and the people involved in its production. Our world is beautiful and fragile and so are the people in it - let’s make conscious choices together.
